Pitch Details
The Envision Financial Sport Centre Turf Field is a 44yds x 70yds artificial turf field located at Cloverdale Athletic Park. The field can be rented in full or by pad. The field can be divided into three rentable turf field pads measuring 22yds x 44yds each.
Envision Financial Sport Centre is the home of Surrey United Soccer Club, the owner and operator of the facility.
Field bookings are available starting mid October 2026 can be booked for soccer, rugby, field hockey, corporate events and other recreational activities.
The facility includes a large mezzanine level viewing area and two small flex rooms for additional add-on booking opportunities to suit a variety of needs. Prices vary for rental of these other areas of the facility.

Rental Details
The Pitch can be rented per pad or full field; there are three pads available. Payment will be due immediately. Upon payment, the field time is booked and secured.
Requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of the facility. Cancellations are required to be submitted in writing (email) by the original requester per the terms of the rental details. Refunds will be applicable as follows:

Important: Non-SUSC members renting the Envision Financial Sport Centre are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Surrey United Soccer Club as an additional insured party ($2,000,000 minimum liability).
Rental Rates: Rental rates are valid as of January 1 of the current year.

3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 11:00 PM on Weekends
Non-Prime are all other hours. General operating hours are 7am - 11pm seven days a week.

Discounted rates available after the first 125 hours (per year) within a standard rental agreement. Rates are per hour.
